Guest Booking/Vetting

Guest Greeting/Key Delivery
Every guest will receive detailed check in instructions the week of their arrival ensuring a seamless arrival and check in.
Cleaning/Repair

Every week we send an updated list of upcoming reservations. After we complete a payout we send an updated prior reservation and payout history report.
Regulatory Compliance
We'll guide you through Chicago's Shared Housing Ordinance and coordinate registration if needed.
Inventory Review/Recommendations
We will review existing products, appliances and equipment and make recommendations on what else might be needed to ensure a superior guest experience and 5 star review.

Inventory Recheck/Restock
